Relax on Rainbow in Rainbow Point | House in Taupo

Our spacious family friendly home is only a couple of minutes walk to the lake. It is split over 2 levels with 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and 2 lounges both with smart tvs. It is beautifully presented throughout with bifold doors leading out to the large deck where there is an outdoor lounge suite, Weber BBQ and Pizza oven and fire.
Countdown, Kefi Cafe, bottle store and sushi are directly across the road while the 2 Mile Bay Sailing Club for drinks and pizzas just a short stroll away.

The four bedrooms with three king beds and one set of bunk beds and a single bed means there is space for everyone. Upstairs there is a second lounge with a smart tv for the kids and a pull out sofa bed.
Note: Maximum of 6 Adults, (this can be discussed with owner if would like a bigger group to book). Children must be under the age of 14 to sleep in the bunks.

The downstairs bathroom has a toilet with a shower over a very deep bath.
The upstairs en-suite has a bath with a separate shower and toilet.

The outside area has a cosy lounge suite with a Weber BBQ and Pizza oven and fire.

There is a heat pump downstairs for heating along with a wood fire burner and upstairs another wood fire.

There is a lot of board games for the kids and family with 2 smart tvs.

We have a separate reading nook where there is a bookcase full of books and a cosy chair in the sun to have some time away for some peace and quiet

We like to give our guests their privacy but Kerry is available by phone or text to answer any questions and we are only ever 10-15 minutes drive away if needed in an emergency.

Family friendly neighbourhood which is extremely safe and well lit

Walking, Biking, E scooters and vehicle access to local amenities.

Rotorua is only one hours drive and Hawkes Bay within 1.5 hours drive for a day of sightseeing and for the active traveller the Ski field and Tongariro crossing is an 1.5 hours drive. The Glowworm Caves are also 2 hours drive and Hobbiton 1.5 hours making Taupo the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from.
Our home is for couples and families to enjoy but we have a strict no parties at all.

Our home sleeps 9 but we have a maximum of 6 adults policy per booking if you require more then 6 adults please message me as I do look into this on a case by case basis.

Strictly No parties, Gatherings , events or loud groups.
If more guests stay than what is on the booking could result in being asked to leave the property.
